Esta es la historia de una niña a la que le ocurrió algo muy curioso. Una noche, antes de irse a dormir, fue a cepillarse los dientes. Cual no fue su sorpresa cuando descubrió todo tipo de cosas y animales que salían de entre sus dientes.
Cereales, helado, un avión, pájaros, un oso panda y hasta un ciclista haciendo acrobacias. ¿Pero cómo era posible? Ninguna de esas cosas debería estar ahí. La niña no salía de su asombro.
¿Cómo había sido tan descuidada? Con lo bonita que era su sonrisa de dientes brillantes. ¿Qué estaba pasando? ¿Acaso estaría soñando? Por si acaso, tenía que hacer algo cuanto antes para poner solución a semejante desastre. Así que con su cepillo de dientes se puso manos a la obra.
All the Silly Stuff in my Teeth es un cuento infantil de colores alegres y llamativos con el que mostrar a los niños de una forma muy divertida la importancia de lavarse los dientes adecuadamente cada día antes de irse a la cama.
Me ha gustado y llamado mucho la atención la forma en que el texto fluye en cada página, como si se moviera con los personajes y cobrara vida en cada escena.
Este es un libro ideal para leer con los niños antes de dormir. Seguro que les deja con una sonrisa en la boca y el firme propósito de tener siempre los dientes limpios.
